Hawaii ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Hawaii Department of Commerce requires that Annual Reports are filed annually in the same quarter that they were initially filed in. For example: if a Corporation or LLC was filed in January the Annual Report would be due by the 1st quarter of the following year. Reports are mailed by postcard with instructions. The forms may also be obtained online.

Hawaii ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
